Out-of-Pocket Rates

Expiration: Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Super-bills / Insurance Reimbursement: Clients receiving package rates will receive super bills reflecting the exact prorated amount paid per session for out-of-network insurance submission.
Super-bill & Insurance Restrictions: Insurance providers rarely cover couples counseling unless a specific mental health diagnosis is assigned to one partner. When issuing super bills for packages, each super-bill will reflects the exact prorated per-session amount paid.
Initial Assessment Exclusions: Couples therapy typically starts with an intake or relational assessment (often 90 minutes or split individual history sessions). The initial 90-minute intake ($200) is billed separately before starting a package.
Refund & Cancellation Clause: If a couple disengages from therapy early, any unused sessions is non-refundable.
